Issue Reported: While Configure Passive mode getting below error.

Bring in to the solution taken below action.

Normally these above error comes if you have not meet pre request, access issue or any port block.

In today scenario we have taken fix that there as many of the pre request is missing as per requirements suggest by MS.

We have configure all require Pre-request and restart configuration all things working as normal.
