After upgrading to 1606 problem with SCCM console is not opening.

Issue Reported :  After Upgrading SCCM 1606 SCCM Console is not working.

We have sql local server we tried to connect SQ server by management studio Below error appear:

Solution:

Step 1:  Above error reported when Upgrade is not successfully completed or some of the components are not successfully upgraded.

Step 2: We have reverted with 1511 and tried again to upgrade and it work like champ.
