SCCM 2012 MPcontrol error with SAN2 extension error

Issue Reported : PKI base management is not working giving error as below in mpcontrol.log

Resolution :

We had to modify the Web Certificate template by duplicating it and adding Client Authentication as an extension. I then issued that template, and installed it. As soon as I added it to IIS Â problem solved.
