Unable to connect Configuration Manager console

Issue reported: Unable to connect Configuration Manager console (2012 R2 CU2) with some users.

Error:

nSystem.InvalidCastException\r\nUnable to cast COM object of type System.__ComObject to interface type System.Management.IWbemServices. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID{9556DC99-828C-11CF-A37E-00AA003240C7} failed due to the following error: The interface is unknown. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706B5).\r\n at System.Management.ManagementScope.GetIWbemServices()

at System.Management.ManagementObject.Get()

at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlResultObject.Get(ReportProgress progressReport)\r\n

Solutions:

Step 1: Verified with other users and found its working fine in same console.

Step 2: After reboot the SCCM WMI provider issue got fix.
