Today going to talk while we have left office with relax Mind. When entering office on next day you were seeing that your production server console is not working. 

Issue: Error While Launching SCCM Current Branch console getting error failed to connect, Message The SME Provider reported and error.

SmsAdminUI.log smsProv.log

Solution:

Bring to the solution this issue reported when you have done some of the changes to the production CM Servers.

Likewise: Remove CM Client on production Primary site with CCM Clean.

For details start verify below logs. 

To come to the solution verify below Reg KEY that there is problem in production setup it self and due to clean-up console is not working.  We have verified below key on primary site server and key was not present.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\Setup\

To Bring to the normal mode We have perform full site recover. Attaching Step by Step documents how to recover.

After Perform recovery console back to normal.
